Feature *3 not working 2

When I came in this morning, I couldn't take my phones off services using a programmed button (I went into programming and turned night services off). Then I discovered that another programmed button doesn't work (transfer directly to voicemail). I can use Feature 986. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I tried that. I can't program a feature key either. Steps:

Feature *3 (ok)
Press a button (ok)
(Pressed the button)
Feature code - system will not accept any entry

Set Lock might be set to Full, for that DN.

I tried to program a feature key on two different sets. Neither would work. How do you change the Set Lock?

It's under Terminals & Sets/ Capabilities.

Are you hitting feature button again when entering the desired feature code?

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'd never programmed feature keys before....My instructions didn't include the second Feature button step. I'm all fixed now....
