I have CM6.3 and G650 gateways. We have a new 10MB AVPN SIP circuit that is stepped down to PRI in the router. The EHWIC card in the router has 2 RJ45 ports. I ran a T1 crossover cable from one of those ports to the back of a DS1 card (TN464) and configured it like a typical PRI. (b8zs, esf...
I have CM6.3 and there are about 150 agents who work from home using One-x agent. The set type for these agents is 9650. There are a lot of DIG-IP-S warning alarms and I assume its because these stations aren't currently logged in. Will turning the test field to N on the station page prevent...
I know our carrier isn't sending it. We don't want our agents seeing the caller ID of people calling into the ACD so this is the only way we know to prevent that.
My last company I was able to configure 2 DIDs that when called from the cell phone of that person's extension setup with EC500 would enable or disable the feature depending on which number was dialed. Currently I have CM6.3 with EC500 working fine except I can't figure out how to...
I have CM6.3 and today was a very high call volume day. One client complained that when she called in for a couple hours most of the time she would hear the options to enter and would queue listening to hold music but half the time would eventually be dropped.
Is there something I should check...
I have CM6.3 and 1 port network with an IPSI A and B. IPSI A is active and I need to move its network cable to a different switch. Would I "get force ipser A or B" to make the A standby? Will this be service affecting?
Thanks
We have CM6.3 and CMS R17. We also have several carriers with many T1s in each trunk group. The business is going to ask me how many more calls we can take before needing to order more circuits or giving a busy tone. What is a good method of calculating that? I can run a trunk busy hour...
We had an outage last week that involved sanity errors causing our CM server to not communicate to our PN at all. When I run the report, "list measurement ipserver-interface..." I know what the fields represent but not sure what field can have values greater than 0 and still be ok and what is...
We have CM6.3 and One-x agent. Our remote agents use One-x agent to take ACD calls and have a second home line using telecomuter mode. Normally when they open the One-x app they log into their station then log into their agent ID and their home phone will ring for them to answer and connect...
Never mind. I found it. For anyone wanting to know on page 11 of "change system-parameters features" the second line down says "Minimum Agent-LoginID Password Length". Mine was set to 4. I must have been set to 0 or blank in my old system.
I am running CM6.3 and I need to add 20 agent IDs. The agents don't use a password to login their IDs. When I duplicate an agent ID and try to F3 it won't let me because it says "Password doesn't meet minimum digits". They don't use passwords so why is the system requiring me to key one in?
We are on CM6.3 and CMS 17. Remote agents are using One-x agent R2 version 2.5.2. We just upgraded this year and agents said they used to be able to see how long they were in after call work. They say there was a timer in the application showing them but now they don't get it.
Was this...
Is this the correct forum for Avaya CMS questions? If not please let me know where is? I am running a realtime trunk group report and see some calls connected and some seized. The connected calls show the agent name and ID as well as the VDN name and number. The seized calls only show the...
Running CM6.3 is there a setting in the switch that is a default automatic disconnect after a certain period of time? This is an acd environment and the VDN goes to a vector with no disconnect steps but has options and if no options are selected they will repeat over and over. Will the avaya...
AvayaTier3 that was it thanks. Somehow it was changed in the upgrade. There were a few other incidental changes just due to bad translations.
Thanks for your help Kyle and Monty.
