EC500 enable/disable from mobile phone?

My last company I was able to configure 2 DIDs that when called from the cell phone of that person's extension setup with EC500 would enable or disable the feature depending on which number was dialed. Currently I have CM6.3 with EC500 working fine except I can't figure out how to enable/disable from my cell phone. I've "change off-pbx-telephone feature-name-extension set 1", gone to the second page and entered an unused 4 digit number that is the last for of a DID in both "Off-Pbx Call Enable and Disable". When I dial either DID from my cell phone neither of them work. Did I miss a step or 2? I'd rather be able to call 2 DIDs for this instead of using remote access and feature access codes if possible.

That should work as long as inc-trunk-trmt routes the call correctly.

Do a "list trace station" on the station with the mobile number when you call the DID so you see that it links to the correct station and what happens.

I think I know the problem. We don't have caller ID being passed by the carrier so my cell phone number isn't recognized by the switch. Thanks Janni.
 
That would be very likely.

Do a list trace tac on your call and you can verify it.

Is your provider not sending it, or is your mobile phone restricting it? If your mobile, then try doing per call unblock CPN.

 
I know our carrier isn't sending it. We don't want our agents seeing the caller ID of people calling into the ACD so this is the only way we know to prevent that.
 
Take a look at your under off-pbx configuration set.

could be the Calling Number Verification settings or maybe CDR for origination = extension
