Bare with me, as I've only set this up once and with one minor change it worked. Below is what I remember doing.
I installed the latest TAPI software off the IP Office User CD (version 4.2.29), the installation required a reboot. Once I rebooted the installation continued and found the IP...
I have this working on Windows 7 Pro with Office 2007. The 9 to access an outside line is defined under 'Phone and Modem' on the PC, not your TAPI settings. settings and then 'My Location'. Select Edit for 'My Location' and you can configure rules for dialing; local, long distance, and any...
I just started playing around with One-X Mobile Lite on the IPO, one thing I noticed is that it utilizes the FNE codes, however you can not enter a * key in the iPhone app, has anyone found a work around for that?

I'll back up LRB45, Computer Instruments eIVR product is your best bet to accomplish this on the IP Office. We have rolled it out to multiple clients.

It appears in R5 you don't need the zip file, unlike the Avaya IPO R5 upgrade documentation suggests.
In Manager you follow the instructions above from tlpeter.
The menu item is 'Upload Voicemail Files' from within Embedded File Management.

If you're upgrading a 406V2 or a 500, you will need the G711.zip file. This contains the files that need transfered to the card.

I just setup CCC and want to use Phone Manager for the agents. Do I need Phone Manager Pro licenses for the agents to utilize the Agent Mode feature, or is that licensing part of the CCC Agent licensing?
When ever I try to login to Phone Manager, as soon as I select the IPO the Expand button...
We are in the pre-sale process with a customer who is going to have a 412 and 406 SCN'd together across their campus. The calls will come across two PRI's connected to the 412 in the primary building. Any incoming or outgoing call will route across the SCN.
If I have the Delta Server...
I'm having the same problem with a customer. We installed two weeks ago and the service crashed 4 times already. I'm getting an error in the event log stating: The voicemail service terminated unexpectedly.
When ever a call comes in PMP throws the following error. Cannot Open File (Null). I've reinstalled the application and recreated the user but still recieve the error. Running 4.0.7 and CCC 5.0.43
We are experiencing issues when a caller attempts to transfer to a CCC agent who is active in a group and on a call or on Busy. Instead of being routed to their voicemail (call waitings turned off), the phone just rings and rings and rings never getting to voicemail. The caveat to this is that...
I've had it happen on a 3.2.57 system and a 4.0.7 system. Both were IPO 406's with an HP Proliant DL320 G4 server. I'm still not sure whats going on with them. We have other clients running the same systems with no problems. Hopefully someone has a resolution for this.
I have PM Pro installed throughout the office so that users can use the speed dial menu like a BLF listing to determine who's online, busy, etc. We have one user who's listing does not show anyone's status. All the icons are red indicating that all the users are offline.
All the other PM Pro...
