App question

We are looking for an app that can be configured automatically call customers and play them a pre recorded message like "hey your bill is due" etc.. Is there an app like this out there that integrates with IPO?

I would check into Computer Instruments on this. They integrate directly with the IPO and have apps that will do this or at least very similar. I'm not sure if they can dynamically play a recorded message or if the message will be the same for every call. But based on a demo I just went thru for another client you can set up different 'groups' that could then play diff. messages (ie. 1 for late payments, 1 for service reminder, etc)

I'll back up LRB45, Computer Instruments eIVR product is your best bet to accomplish this on the IP Office. We have rolled it out to multiple clients.
