I can tell you this you can make the kickstart file as normal and drop it into the redhat iso ( had to put it in root and /isolinux, don't ask me why) then run command linux ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg Whilst this worked for a Vm setup it did not for the new G6 Prolient servers. Don't know why this is but...
Have you tried dialling the number directly to see if the call routes? If it doesn't, change the cor to one you know works. Also what is the full DDI of the missed call is it in +81 format for example or 0081?

IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx already defined on the interface

We have a similar issue with our G700, except we are not passing DTMF tones between IP hansets. If we use one of the handsets to call a DCP on the same switch we can pass tones both ways. We have tried a different Voip MM and tried various settings, but still no DTMF. Any ideas?
You can either setup a SAN drive for calls or dvd-rw. Postgres as mentioned requires a manual backup. You can also use an Archive server, but you will need to know how to set up Campaigns for the archiving to the server and/or SAN.
Hope this helps.
