I have recently started with a new company and have been tasked to pull all of the existing configuration information out of the Voice Network and document it all (TFTP, Router, DNS, Option 176 setting, etc).
In the past I kept the Avaya IP worksheet when we had installs/upgrades. However the documentation was never retained and the person I replaced must have had it locked up in his brain as we cannot locate any documentation for any of the sites.
What is the most effective way of gathering this info at this stage? Is there a documented/proven way to pull this information? I have scoured Tek-Tips without any luck.
