Hi,

i have a user who recieves international call and when he tries to call that number from his missed call log, the call fails. The list trace doesnt show any denial event..

users station has COR with FRL 5 and the route pattern has COR with FRL 2.

I thought maybe FRL is the issue that blocking call but with
the same FRL user can call national,so i think FRL is fine.

We are using location based ars....

Shall i try changing FRL of users staion or any other suggestions?

Any thoughts ?

Is the user actually entering the digits to dial, or are they pressing the "call" button from the missed call log?

thanks SF0751,

The user pressing call button from missed call log.

But when he does same for national call the call goes throuh. He has issue with international call.

The auto-redial is probably not including the "011" international access code. Does the call go through if the user enters the digits manually?

Our users cannot dial any outside calls from the log. It doesn't insert the 9 and it doesn't insert the 011 xx

It is actually for European country where they use 9 to dial
outside line and 00 to dial international.

If it is not inserting 9 then how come user is able to dial
national call? they dial 9 and then 0 for national call..

Have you tried dialling the number directly to see if the call routes? If it doesn't, change the cor to one you know works. Also what is the full DDI of the missed call is it in +81 format for example or 0081?
