    I've set up an application that should enable the caller to dial extensions that begin with 2,3,5 and 6000 level extensions. Thru Dial on 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx and 5xxx works fine. 6xxx fails with: that number can not be reached from this service. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks,

    Hello, I've got a polycom digital connect. I've set this up as a 2616 as directed. CLS= UNR, HFA I can hear the DTMF but I do not receive any dial tone. I've tried plugging in a 3903 into the same port and I have dial tone. Is this a common problem? Thanks.

    I'm using CP 3 and I set up a new account. I did not use any of the standard nortel accounts. Just make sure the same local account (username and password) exists on the machine that you are backing CP up to.
