I've set up an application that should enable the caller to dial extensions that begin with 2,3,5 and 6000 level extensions.

Thru Dial on 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx and 5xxx works fine. 6xxx fails with: that number can not be reached from this service.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Check the RPL on the CallPilot

Also make sure your allowing "6xxx" in the Application.

Sounds like a RPL issue.
