Immediate not ready on a 3905 set

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to have the 3905 set status immediately change to "not ready" after a call.

-Option 11c
-CCMS/A 6

Any assistance will be appreciated.

not usually, what are you trying to do? you can add work time with symposium.. best bet withuot would be to press the not ready prior to the end of the call

We would like one dept. to by-pass the break-time after a call and to be placed into a not ready state immediately.

We did have this implemented for a short time a couple of years ago. But this could have been while CCMA 6 was in the beta phase.

I was just curious if there is any way we can control this on the PBX level.
