We do have an anti-spam solution ...McAfee Security Sheild. It's not a huge problem right now as some users are getting 1-5 of these emails per day, but its get somewhat annoying. Any ideas how these are getting thru our anti-spam software?
I have users on my network that are getting emails that are not addressed to them. The emails are from external email addresses by looking at the address.

Back in the good ole days of Win XP is was no problem to search for a computer on the network. Just click search and your search options were below.
It appears to me that Vista doesn't have the same functionality, but maybe I am missing it. Does anyone know how do search for a computer in Vista?

I have a folder on my Server 2003 with 60K + pdf files. 2 windows xp pro SP2 PC's have to refresh all 60K + files before you are able to save into this folder. With the other PC's that are on the network ..they only have to put the file name in and click save ...they don't have to wait for all...
I turned off backup configuration in Group Policy and the Windows Backup and Restore Center appears to be the same.
There are two options:
1. Back up Files: Which only allows me to backup a whole drive and doesn't give me the option to select just the files I want to backup.
2. Back up Computer:
I tried to backup some files using Backup and Restore Center. The only option I could get was backing up whole drives. Is there something that I am missing? or is this another one of Vista's great features?

I removed the $NTUninstall files over the weekend and everything seems to be working fine. I noticed there is a $hf_mig$ file. Is this file alright to remove as well?
No...my main applications are on another drive. My c drive is only 6GB Total
The $NTuninstall files under C:\windows is almost 700mb. That would be a decent amount of space to recover. Anyone got any experience or opinions on deleting these files?

I installed SP2 not fully understanding that it takes almost 1 GB of disk space. Currently we are sitting at 575mb and it doesn't seem to be enough free space as my users are experiencing adnormal slowness in our applications and printing seems to be effected as well.
