Back in the good ole days of Win XP is was no problem to search for a computer on the network. Just click search and your search options were below. It appears to me that Vista doesn't have the same functionality, but maybe I am missing it. Does anyone know how do search for a computer in Vista?

I have a folder on my Server 2003 with 60K + pdf files. 2 windows xp pro SP2 PC's have to refresh all 60K + files before you are able to save into this folder. With the other PC's that are on the network ..they only have to put the file name in and click save ...they don't have to wait for all...
