Do I have to program the A & B buttons to be able to use the Headset. If so...is there instructions anywhere.

thanks

if you the base and lifter (which you should have), all you need to do is plug the handset cord of the phone into the phone jack on the headset base (on the front side of the base) and plug the rear plug of the base into the jack that normally connects to the phone's handset cord. If you can't figure it out, go to Plantronics' website for help. There is nice document on how to set up this type of wireless headset. you shouldn't need to do anything on the IP Office programming side.

Great works are performed, not by strength, but by perseverance.

We don't have the lifter

I got it working by adding appearance under action and a= under telephone number in Digital Telephoney. I also inserted a line for b and c
