I have been seeing this for some time on some agents. All the agents are set for auto answer. Can someone please help and tell me if this is Avaya system issue or some how the agent is playing games.
CM is 7.0 and CMS 18.
So I got it. For some reason the phone was holding on to all the information when we set them up in the office. So I did a clear and set them up on the rap unit like a clean install and they work. I don't get it but it worked. Thank you all.

I need to know is there a way to change a 9641 from sip back to H323??? I have tried going back into the phone and changing the signaling back to h323 but no go. Any ideas??

I have a Avaya 9641 h323 set which works fine in the office. Once we take it offsite and connect it to an Aruba RAP it sits there in discovery mode. My SIP 9641 that are connected to the Aruba RAP at home office also work. Any ideas??

When using one-x webpage to change vmail password its asking me for a min of 197 digits anyone ever run into this. one-x and voice mail pro running on windows server release 10.1
When I send an email out of onex portal for a conf bridge and I receive the invite it says "You have been invited to a IP office Conference"... Any way to remove this??
derfloh I think you got it. Just waiting for customer to test. I changed the collect start point to transfer to my third party vmail number and it looks like its going to work.
