I attempted to do a USB upgrade on my 9.1.6 UC module to 9.1.7, but the module won't boot after the upgrade. System status shows boot failed. I attached a keyboard and monitor and tried to reboot again, but I'm not getting any signal to the monitor. I also tried to boot from the USB stick again, but it doesn't even light up when it's plugged in to the USB port. I would appreciate any help getting this thing back up and running.

if you get nothing on the monitor then I would shut don the IPO, reseat the UCM and try again.
If you still get nothing I would think that the UCM is dead and you have to replace it
