Thanks for the replies. I needed to add an ACL to the Cisco router from Gamma's IP to ours. The call now remains connected once dialed but no sound (either ringing or voice) is heard on the IPO handset. Speech from the IPO handset is heard by the remote party though.
I have a similar setup working (albeit with a NSA2400 at main site and Draytek's at remote) but a couple of differences to what you describe.
Firstly, our remote phones are given static IP addresses and then you provide the IP address of the IPO etc.

We are running R8.0 and using the Application Server for One-X and Voicemail. Using the Messages gadget I would like to save messages to a WAV file. Is this possible or is there an alternative?
Can I ask why a "VPN is not possible at the moment"? We have multiple sites connected to our office all linked with VPN's over broadband connections and the phones work well. There are only ever problems if the broadband connections play up, but that is usually down to issues with BT datacenters.
I'm having the same issue (see my post earlier today). When you say uninstall/reinstall, do you mean within the Application Server control panel (port 7070) or the application server as a whole? If the latter, how do I backup/preserve voicemail messages/call recordings?

Just upgraded from R7 to R8, all went fine but the Chat does not work in 1XP now. The status icons all work, but the chat bubbles are all grey with a question mark. Is there additional setup required in R8?

One-X is running on Windows Server 2003 R2 on its own, no other applications installed. The server is running as a virtual guest on Virtual Server 2005, not that that should have an impact!
