One-X missing second call and Complete Transfer

I'm in the process of migrating PMP users to One-X but we seem to be missing functionality when a user creates a second call for a supervised transfer.

Scenario is user1 receives a call and expands user2 on the System tab of the Directory gadget and clicks Consult. The first call is put on hold and the second call is generated but One-X still only shows the first call (in the Calls gadget) and shades the background grey to show it is on-hold. We don't get a second tab with the second call (and the relevant options to Complete Transfer etc).

By accident we were able to generate the second call tab, but this was by clicking the Consult button on user2 for a second time, which created two calls between user1 and user2.

Any ideas on what is causing this please?

Anyone any ideas or seen this problem before?

One-X is version 6.0.21.53, I presume this is current?

It's not a browser issue either. Mainly using IE8 but same problem in Firefox.

That is current and not solved in the next release.
I have had the same request but it works for me.
What OS do you use and what version is your ipo ?

Thanks for the reply.

One-X is running on Windows Server 2003 R2 on its own, no other applications installed. The server is running as a virtual guest on Virtual Server 2005, not that that should have an impact!

IPO is 6.0(83801).

When you say you've had the same request, you mean other customers have the same issue, but you've not been able to replicate? Do you know if the same issue occurs in v5 One-X as I'd thought about trying that?

I have one customer complaining about this too but i can not replicate it.
It works for me fine.
when i have time i will try again.

I moved the installation of One-X from a VM to a physical server (Win2003 SP2) but still not second call tab to complete the transfer.

It is also quite slow in responding to user clicks using IE8. For example you click the System tab and it takes a second or two to display the list (of about 120 entries). Other actions are also slow, like clicking a contact to dial takes a second until the phone starts to process the call. Server has 2Gb RAM and dual core processor and has no other applications installed.

I tried One-x in FireFox and it runs slightly faster and looks better in terms of icon spacing on the Directory tab. Odd if Avaya have designed One-X for Firefox and not IE when most of the enterprise world uses IE.

Any ideas on the missing call tab?
