We've got One-x working on multiple Android phones in the office including a Motorola & Samsung but I get no audio either way when trying to use my Google Pixel. Connectivity is there and the phone call goes through but no audio. I've tried adjusting settings in the phone but no success...
Gentlemen,
Need a little help. I have a law office that wants to play a disclaimer message for all DID's before routing to their destination. My thought was to use a module in VMPro and then use Variable Routing to transfer the call. I'm using the $DDI variable but can't get the call to...
Hi guys. Got a weird one. IPO 500V2 running 9.0.4 with VMPro and a PRI. Caller ID is shown when the call initially comes in but when it is transferred to another extension the original caller id is being replaced with the name and ext. of the person transferring the call. This is a random...
Could not agree more with your staffing comment. Customer agrees as well but their hiring process takes a long time. I like that thought process with the sequential hunt group. I'll play around with that. Thank you joe2938.
Sorry for the delay. Here is the situation. Medical practice with very high call volume and very understaffed. They are wanting to use an existing call center to support them by taking some of their calls. The call center is not sufficiently staffed yet to handle all of their calls which is...
Hi Guys,
Need your help. I've got a customer who is currently understaffed and having trouble keeping up with calls coming to their scheduling dept. They want me to route every other or every 3rd call to a different location for support until they can get their staffing straight. People are...
Bas1234 - Thanks, the short code from Manager worked. It did exactly what I needed. I was making this a lot more complicated then it needed to be.
Thank you all for your assistance.
I saw a post from Bas1234 that talked about using 2 ICR's which are the same except that each one has a different locale. I've tried this and I can't get it to work. No matter how I've tried this I can't get it to play the spanish queue message. I'm really not that stupid. Does anyone have...

You have two test variables at the start point of this mod. Where is it supposed to be getting the info for the test variable for es calls that you have at the beginning of the flow?
I built 3 quick and simple modules just for this test. Here are the .mods in text.
Test Language module - entry point
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<diffgr:diffgram xmlns:msdata="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-msdata" xmlns:diffgr="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-diffgram-v1">...
That's what I did. 1 menu, 2 opt. opt 1 set enu language and opt 2 sets es language. It still doesn't work. I only have 1 ICR and the locale is default. If I change it to spanish then the queue prompts play spanish, but if I leave ICR locale default only english queues play. Am I...
I built a few quick test modules to try and make this work. Let me know if I'm on the right track.
Call entry is vm module. Prompt path is WAVS\enu\testlang.wav Opt. 1 for spanish opt 2 for enu
Opt 1 points to select language action which does GOTO: spanish module.
Opt 2 points to select...
It picked up the spanish but now it won't play the enu wavs. Based on my earlier post, am I using $LOC in the right place or should I add it to other prompts? I'm missing something and it's probably something really simple.
I'm already using $LOC to replace the language folder in the prompt field. I've changed file path to c:\VM\WAVS\$LOC\1stq.wav as you suggested, but no success. 1st, does the system prompt language action set the locale? 2nd, where should I start using $LOC in the call flow?
