Have your tried to manually trigger the "show time" feature you removed to see if it still thinks it's on? G = Group as that phone / ext is in some sort of group.

You can report it all you want however it's not something they are likely going to fix. I am certain this is a new issue with this build or upgrade to this build. I upgraded one and one is a fresh install, both having the same issue.

Don't forget the ATM16 issue, that was great to see a fix a week later. I mean Avaya has been getting better and I know they implemented a better testing scenario, but I as we see already 4.2 has a private build a week later. For something no less that should have been tested in my opinion.
