Hi all
I have installed a new S8300/G700 system with about 60 4602sw and 5 4620sw phones and CM4.
the system works ok .. but suddenly when i press the speaker button on the phone it gives no dial tone and the display says: "Resources Unavailable"
also when i try to connect to the System using...
I faced this problem with s8710 with another problem that one of the 2 servers gets stuck with no response until i do hard reboot to it .. i made a DOA request to avaya and replaced the defected server .. now everything is ok about the time and stuck problem.

I tried to restart both servers (one at a time in the standby mode) with no use
i checked the license on the active server >> Normal
i checked the software version >> same on both

This problem is somehow Weird!
System is S8710 with G650
CM version is 3.1.3
on Web:
Status Summary: everything is Okey (Server 1 is active and server 2 is standby and the duplication link is up .. etc) with no alarms or problems here at all

thanks peter for your reply but i am sorry, it is not the redial button! it is using the "call" display button when you select "log" display button for any missed, received or previously dialed extension.
i dont think that there is an entry for such thing in the settings file, is there?

and the disks are dvd+r 4.7GB
