unknown state of DVD

Hi
I am facing a problem with the DVD,
in the system overview:
"Current DVD state: Unknown "
the drive type is dvd rw/r
and the disks are dvd+r 4.7GB

hi all
I have this now:
Major Alarm: Bad or wrong type of archive disk inserted.
with a "Foreign" state of DVD

any ideas?

the disk type is not correct. check the manual. on the recorder section should be the exact dvd????? taht you should use.

thanks, the problem was resolved , the type should be dvd +RW
