Thanks for the replies Tom, i am unsure of the config at the moment. I am leaning towards the line providers, having different standars. could this cause the issue?
update on this. Each individual pri will work on their own, when client tries the two together , then they will not work in conjunction. If they come licenced for 8 chanels, then I presume, this cannot be the issue. is there anything that needs to be done to the config, to have them both work...
Hi All,
meeting with a client next week, and from what i can gather, they want to have lines from two telecom providers. They would like to have 2 PRI cards, in a ip500 and connect each provider. Is there any licencing required for 2 x pri cards?
Thanks tom

We may be able to make the sale, of an ip office 500, vcm sip etc. But the sale needs to depend on fax over sip, but we ned software than can send the faxes?? nything out there thats cheap and cheerful?
I am trying to set up several accounts onto several sip lines. Unfortunately the lines will not let me place the same ip for the provider into each account. any ideas?

Hi There,
When users are on the phone and a second call comes through, they only see the call alert, and not the incoming number. this used to work, clients have 406 (4.2) and a 500 (5.08) in seperate site. phones are 5402 and 5410. It used to work.
Thanks tom
Hi All,
i am struggling to control an ip office 500 with version 5 software. the log shows the call coming through as voice rather than data. any ideas?
