are you using an ISDN modem dialling into an ISDN system?

And you have an incoming call route with the type set to Any Data or Any?
Sorry if teaching you to suck eggs, but always best to start at the basics!

when you call via your ISDN modem do you have it set as data and not voice if you check in the incoming call route and have no Data path then the call should be denied (trying to remember the ISDN stuff so I apologize if I say something really stupid)

Create a new ICR leave everything blanc, just set the bearer to "Any Data"

Then go to the Destinations tab and select the "DialIn" in the destination pulldown menu. If it's not there goto RAS
Just add a New one called DialIn.

Now add a new user give it a Name/Password/Confirm Password don't fill in any number the jus tick DialIn in the DialIn tab and you done.

you left the Incomming number blanc in the ICR so now you're able to dialin on every number you have, do you fill in a number you own from you ISDN provider the that will be the dialin number.
