Yes, there are In/Out to PSTN. I used to work with Tadiran and we can change the name and the number to be showed when we made outgoing calls, it supposed Nortel has more flexibility, any other suggestions?

We have a Meridian Option 11. I setup call forward for an analog extension but when the user forward his phone calls to another extension he doesn't have special tone to notice that the call forward is activated.
