Forward extension to Call Pilot

This is the scenario
The Recepcionist use to setup call forward to 2699 (this is an ACD number) and all the calls go to After Hour Menu and it works fine (goes to meridian mail)
Now we need to migrate that number to the call pilot, so I create the voice menu in the CP but when I changed in the NCFW to the call pilot it doesn't work because instead of going to the menu goes to her personal voice mail.
If I dial the number 2699 it goes to call pilot but not when she put call forward on her extension.
Any ideas please??

 
maybe make 2699 a phantom DN forwarded to your callpilot DN, then NCFW to 2699. I am kind of new to this, but I know I do a lot with phantom DNs to callpilot.
 
Add 2699 like SDN and route it to voice menu
