    Configuration Manager Question

    I'm new at Cisco. I'm trying to update description in Configuration Manager for toll free numbers but it isn't updating the description on the agent desktop soft phones. I also added some Reason Codes and they didn't show up as well. Any ideas?

    Unity Question - Turning off "hello"

    I think you recorded the message in the wrong spot. Usually it says hello "person name" is not avaiable when there isn't a greeting recorded. I think you recorded your greeting where the name should be.

    I have added 411 in LD 90 as a SPN. It will let you dial it but I get a message "the area code or number as dialed is not valid."
