For recording our call center messages. I'm looking for a USB headset with good recording quality. I just haven't been able to find a lot on these products. I was hoping you guys could help.

I'm trying to update description in Configuration Manager for toll free numbers but it isn't updating the description on the agent desktop soft phones. I also added some Reason Codes and they didn't show up as well. Any ideas?
I think you recorded the message in the wrong spot. Usually it says hello "person name" is not avaiable when there isn't a greeting recorded. I think you recorded your greeting where the name should be.
You know John, I'm not positive. I'm in Michigan and growing up we didn't have 411 for directory service until cell phones came out. Our new boss is from another state and wants 411. I'm familar with 555-1212 directory assistance.

Is this a correct statement in Symposium? These agents are not getting calls. I want the SLSINTPAY_5103 to get calls after 1 min in queue. I'm I doing this correctly?
