? about 411

I have added 411 in LD 90 as a SPN. It will let you dial it but I get a message "the area code or number as dialed is not valid."

and are you sure that your provider allows that service? i've worked behind a provider that did not.. what i did was build a new rlb, add a dgt that deletes 3, inserts 5551212.. if you dial the acod them 411 you may get the same recording

You know John, I'm not positive. I'm in Michigan and growing up we didn't have 411 for directory service until cell phones came out. Our new boss is from another state and wants 411. I'm familar with 555-1212 directory assistance.

Do you think you could print that and show me?
