IS there anything in this TN that would explain why I can't get any information on this dn when I do an extension detail report for just this DN?

This is just a number so employees can call in sick and leave a message. I thought I could set up an automated report for it just like I do with my recruiter ACD group but even though I know I'm making calls to the number (it is a DID), collecting and costing the report always says there is no data or none of the records meet the specified criteria - I even got rid of all my qualifiers and left it at any incoming calls for that number any time with everything else disabled...IS it because it's a phantom number?

might turn on icda, should not be the problem but? do you collect cdr for inbound?

might try a maxp 1 acd reports yes to see if that gives you call totals.. now that we have symposium i use it for anything i need custom reports on

I'll try the icda - Yeah, we do have cdr turned on - and I can even see the call go through while looking at the procomm window but I didn't see it in the OTM data window when I did the costing and collection...

if you see the raw data then the trouble is in otm.. might post another question about otm, i don't play with that, just command line

I hate OTM. I have to add ext that I want to report on into the database. Add SICK LINE as an employee with 5484 as the ext.

Does anybody like OTM? ;-) I almost feel sorry for it - but then I have to open it up and do something in it and get reminded why everybody hates it.

At any rate - the only change I made yesterday was to turn on the ICDA and Voila! My report today includes the test calls I made to the line yesterday. I thought that was just for internal calls but who knows what lies in the heart of Meridian?

Now that I think about it, it is possible that adding it to the database did something too - I don't do it manually but my vendor came in a couple weeks ago and set up a schedule to update the database weekly. It's very possible the previous test calls were made between database updates - I'll check the shedule...

Now I also think I'll play with the relative dates to see if I can't break it again. :)

Thanks again y'all!
