Actually, I accidentally had it on network this morning (so both PRIs were set to network). No audio on test calls on the new PRI until I changed clocking.
New PRI is unplugged now.
I turned up a new PRI in a dual PRI card on a IP500v2 8.1(63). We will port numbers to the new PRI next week and make it active. The new PRI has clocking set to Unsuitable, and the existing PRI is set to Network. Both PRIs are NI2.

Use Chronicall and add the recordings module. All recordings are linked to the call, and you can search for specific users/dates/Caller ID to find a recording quickly and easily. I have a few people doing this now.

Make sure your PRI provider supports fax. It can come back to haunt you. Many providers are using a SIP backbone with a PRI handoff. Many of these PRIs cannot/will not work for faxing 100% of the time.
