Added a PRI to an IPO R5.0(18). It is on a separate carrier from the other. NI2. Getting clocking from other with this one set to unsuitable.
ICRs all use 10 digits. All DIDs work except one. The BTN (of course) goes to dead air.
SSA shows all channels still Idle, but the SSA Trace All shows one thing:
12/4/15 10:51:46 AM-085ms Line = 9, Channel = 1, Q.931 Message = Setup, Direction = To Switch, Calling Party Number = <blank>, Called Party Number = <blank>
For all other DIDs, SSA shows the same info for first line and then the call rings:
12/4/15 10:56:37 AM-750ms Line = 9, Channel = 1, Q.931 Message = Setup, Direction = To Switch, Calling Party Number = <blank>, Called Party Number = <blank1>
12/4/15 10:56:37 AM-763ms Call Ref = 8, Originator State = Dialling, Type = Trunk, Destination State = Seized, Type = Target List
12/4/15 10:56:37 AM-769ms Call Ref = 8, Alerting, Extension = 6601
12/4/15 10:56:37 AM-769ms Call Ref = 8, Originator State = Incoming Alerting, Type = Trunk, Destination State = Alerting, Type = Target List
12/4/15 10:56:42 AM-035ms Line = 9, Channel = 1, Q.931 Message = Disconnect, Call Ref = 8, Direction = To Switch, Cause Code = 16
I have tried deleting the specific ICR and using the default ICR. I have repointed the ICR to another extension. I have tried using different ICR options (-, i and -i). I have tried using 4 digit ICR. I have done a minor firmware upgrade to 5.0(26).
The provider has had several people look. They rebuilt the Adtran config and rebuilt the DID. Now, they are pointing fingers at pbx.
