I think MiniOrganMorgan is correct, using HTTP of exchange is better than POP3. But one thing to take note, is that all remote systems need to have Outlook 2003 installed and running winXP with sp2
I have installed the new Tape Drive last night, and ran a backup test. Came back this morning and the job finished with no problem. Yeah!!! Will run a few more tests today just to make sure.
Yes you can create HTML emails in Outlook and send it to users.
The receipient's email client needs to be able to read HTML emails. Some people like reading emails in plain text because it is more saver and faster.
You can right-click on the personal folder and choose delete to remove it. This will only remove it from Outlook, the actual file is still in your hard drive.
Another way is to go to the mail option. CONTROL PANEL-->MAIL-->DATA FILES

There aren't any shared resources between the controller for the E drive and the tape drive.
Right now, I have ordered a new tape drive to see if it solves the problem. Hopefully, this will work.

I have a server with two internal hard disks (C and E drives) installed. Whenever, I'm trying to backup E drives it is returning a backup failure with error codes E3719 - Unable to write to media, E6096 - Media Error, and E6304 - Unexpected SCSI sense code.
I do not have this problem...
