I was importing some files into my outlook a few days ago and while doing so created a few new "personal folder"s and I would like to delete them. When do I attempt to however, it comes up with an error, saying "The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not avaliable. Contact your administrator if this condition persists."

Please help. Thanks.

You can right-click on the personal folder and choose delete to remove it. This will only remove it from Outlook, the actual file is still in your hard drive.

Another way is to go to the mail option. CONTROL PANEL-->MAIL-->DATA FILES

There you can also delete any personal folders that you don't want. It also tell you the path of the file in your hard drive.
