Hi,

I have a server with two internal hard disks (C and E drives) installed. Whenever, I'm trying to backup E drives it is returning a backup failure with error codes E3719 - Unable to write to media, E6096 - Media Error, and E6304 - Unexpected SCSI sense code.

I do not have this problem when I'm backing up the C drive.

Does anyone knows why i'm getting this errors?

* I was able to backup both drives in the past.

Any help?

Thanks!
- Von

ck for a sharing of resources between the controller for the E drive and the tape drive.

There aren't any shared resources between the controller for the E drive and the tape drive.

Right now, I have ordered a new tape drive to see if it solves the problem. Hopefully, this will work.

I have installed the new Tape Drive last night, and ran a backup test. Came back this morning and the job finished with no problem. Yeah!!! Will run a few more tests today just to make sure.
