Outlook 2003 Crashes during Send/Receive

Literally overnight my Outlook has stopped working. It has been working great up till this morning when I got up to check my email and it was complaining about an error and needed to shut down. Now when I start it up it comes up but as soon as it tries to send and receive it crashes.
This is what I’ve found in the Event Viewer:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8010.0, stamp 43d16d53, faulting module msmapi32.dll, version 11.0.8002.0, stamp 4373069d, debug? 0, fault address 0x00021efd.

So far I’ve tried these steps to correct:

Delete msmapi32.dll and let Outlook rebuild it.
Delete all profiles and recreate them
Ran scanpst on the pst file
Removed and reinstalled Office 2003
Copied msmapi32.dll from my Laptop with a working OL2K3

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

hmmm...

usually when u reinstalled office 2003, it will fix most(99%) of the problems.

try creating another windows profile and setup outlook again.

Thanks! I actually just rebuilt the whole computer. It was time anyway. That fixed it.
