    I tried that... there are no physical lines actually wired in to 071,072... tho i moved those 2 lines to pool B. Of the 6 Pool A lines, only the 4 in Module 1 are answered via Auto-Attendent. Any other thoughts?

    I have 6 POT lines coming into to my GATM card, Bus 7. The 4 lines in module 1 work great. The 2 lines in module 2 don't connect into the system, it just rings indefinitely when calling in. I have both modules set as Loop. How can I get module 2 working?

    If I try and call another extension, I never reach their voicemail.. The phone rings and then i get a message "User is not available" How do I fix this? External calls reach voicemail fine. Bryan

    so from what i can see, as i dial different phone numbers of the 6 public lines.. the hunt group works with some and not with the rest. Any reasoning on that?
