    When the calls ring on the receptionist phone. Have her check what her screen reads. It will display a "target line" check this target line in proramming and change the prime set to NONE for this line. This will stop the ringing.

    Once you auto attendant answers. PRESS **mailbox number and 0000, then press# EX:2210000# This will prompt you to create a new password and record your name in the company directory which initialzes your mailbox. Kathy

    TOggle back and forth when pressing Feature *833 then password fo 266344. Make sure it is set to off. Then turn it back on after you have completed programming in Feature *832. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more assistance. Kathy

    How do I reimage the hard drive? Is it possible to save all the programming without config passwords?

    I know what the default passwords are. Someone has changed them and we can not access the system from either LAN. Do you know how we can default the entire system back to the original passwords?

    Troubleshooting a BCM 3.6. Customer does not have passwords to LAN 1 or LAN 2. We have the correct IP Address for each LAN however the Configuration passwords needs reset so we can access programming.

    I can transfer to a voice mailbox, but can not transfer to the CCR tree from these two extensions. They have 16 phones (not 20). There are no available ports to switch DN's.

    NRU11?

    I am currently using NRU10 and I can access 6.1 and 7.0. You shoudl not have a problem with NRU11 access these versions of software.

    Leave a VM and then dial another extension?

    You can not transfer to another mailbox once you are already in a mailbox. The only option is to "Zero" out to the operator.
