Is there a way on Norstar systems to leave a VM and then call another extension? (When calling from outside).

(For example, if I need to leave a VM for several people, is there a button I can push after I've completed the first message so I can then dial the next person's extension?)

You can not transfer to another mailbox once you are already in a mailbox. The only option is to "Zero" out to the operator.

If you have a mailbox on the system, log in to your mailbox and record the messages from there(Call Pilot option 3). That allows you to send the same message to multiple people, and to record another message after you send the first. Further, your messages show up as "from" you, even if you don't have Caller ID. There are also options for priority messages, certified delivery, private, and send later.

You can press"zero" and dial another extension.

Once a caller has started hearing the m/b owner's greeting, if they do * and an ext. number, they can go wherever they want.
