Has anyone run into this where an 1140E grabs the latest firmware from the Sig Server operates in Normal mode for about 45sec then reboots then grabs old firmware from the BCM, stays up for 45sec then does it all over again by grabbing firmware from Sig Server.

Did you purchase & install the Call Ctr Reporting keycode? If that is done print off the Reporting s/w manual and follow the instructions. Make sure the PC being used for reporting is a standalone server. Follow prerequisites in manual to avoid problems.
Anyone encounter problems? My first 3 went fine but since then nothing but problems.
Had one where it got hung at 16% on the 3.6-4.0 portion. Had to replace HD. Had another get hung at 33% on the 3.5 -3.6 portion. And most recently had one where I got into the BCM on LAN1 to back it up but...
Do you have the current version of Element Mgr? What rls BCM 50? Is it s/w 2.0? If it's 2.0 and you haven't loaded the new version of Element Mgr, you will not be able to load key codes or patches. Other programming is unaffected.
Setup & intialized General Delivery box but trying to log in or call it, get recording saying " cannot complete call at this time"

If you don't have the current version of element mgr downloaded from the new BCM 50, you will have problems loading patches and keycodes. The system allows you to do everything else using the old version except the above. I learned the hard way.
Using BCM monitor i can see the digits leaving. All I get is dead air then what sounds like fast busy. I am trying to use a VoIP trunk between the SRGs to make a test call.
I'm setting up 2 srgs (BCM 200 s/w 4.0 & BCM 50 s/w 1.0) to talk to an M1 (in a lab setting). Both have registered to the Gatekeeper. I have the sets in normal mode so I can try and make test calls between the srgs. For some reason it's not working. I'm obviously missing something. All VoIP...
May have fixed the problem. I was flying by the seat of my pants as I'd never worked w/ RCC before. Loaded patches (4) yesterday and used "dbfixutil" Found that one of the databases was corrupted.
