I'm setting up 2 srgs (BCM 200 s/w 4.0 & BCM 50 s/w 1.0) to talk to an M1 (in a lab setting). Both have registered to the Gatekeeper. I have the sets in normal mode so I can try and make test calls between the srgs. For some reason it's not working. I'm obviously missing something. All VoIP trunks have been put into pool B/ Bloc B, assigned pool to route 1, assigned destination code, set up a remote gateway w/ other BCM's IP entered.

Are there trunks involved, or simply set to set?

If the sets are in normal mode, the SRGs are out of the picture for set to set calls. It's simply peer to peer at that point. If a set in normal mode on one SRG can't call a set in normal mode on another SRG you're most likely looking at an IP routing problem. Even then, you should be able to call the other set, but not get any speech path.

Using BCM monitor i can see the digits leaving. All I get is dead air then what sounds like fast busy. I am trying to use a VoIP trunk between the SRGs to make a test call.

Could be a NRS issue. Do you see anything on the D-channel on the CS1000 when you have a failed call?
