Problem with file transfer on BCM50

Hey guys, I'm having a problem doing a software update on a BCM50. I'm trying to update a time slip patch for this switch. I keep getting a transfer error and sometimes it won't even pull up the two files. Help please

Do you have the current version of Element Mgr? What rls BCM 50? Is it s/w 2.0? If it's 2.0 and you haven't loaded the new version of Element Mgr, you will not be able to load key codes or patches. Other programming is unaffected.
