FTR 986 problem Trn to Vmail

My problem is 1st call comes in your chit chatting 2nd call comes in you put the 1st call on hold answer the 2nd call and then try to transfer them to someones vmail FTR 986 it doesnt work.

I could tranfer that 2nd call to an ext but not vmail.
While having 2 callers on the line I tried going back to the first caller and tranfer them to vmail but no go.
I can tranfer a single call to vmail but when if I have 2 callers on the line it no workieee .

Should this work? I have never come across this before.

Should work.
Verify that auto hold is enabled.

Sounds like both your intercom links are in use with the two calls. Add an extra intercom path and see if that solves your problem.
