I have an NX120 which I have a small issue with. One of our analogue ext' is going straight to the system attendant when you call it! Outgoing calls work fine. It is like it has a call forward or a DND set but I cant find where?
Any suggestions!

Yes - I had this. In the network element then bottom drop down you can set to "Always On" This seemed to fix it.
Have you tried to use NuPoint with Gamma Trunks? I am having issues with that too!!!!!

I am currently using SIP on my IP500. I have a prefix of 9 to make a call using a SIP trunk, So each of my directory enteries are also prefixed with a 9. The only problem is the incomming number is not. so when a caller calls in it does not display the name!!!
Any ideas???

Just to note for the future....
I am using VoiceFlex for my SIP and I get that message when I should get a BT Message (eg. The number you have dialed has not been recognised)

Avaya have advised that this is a issue with certain routers using sip. The routers need to be manually configured for port redirection for NAT. Basically as SIP is coming in and going back out RTP is using 2 different ports, these need to be...

"I’m just waiting to hear from them. It’s been raised as a bug - CQ58389 – but has been initially rejected, but Tier 4 can reproduce the same problem so they have re-raised it and are waiting to hear from them again."
