Hi,

I'm wondering if someone could help me out. Probably a slight dumbass question but here we go:

I've downloaded The Ip Office 3.2 cds from the Avaya website. I'm currently on version 3.0(59). I've noticed the 3.2 admin cd has the BIN files for 3.0(999) & 3.1(999). My question is can I use these loader files to go from 3.0(59) to 3.2 or do I need to get the 3.1.65 admin cd and go to that version first (its not on the avaya website)?

you need to start a new thread to get proper info on that, but try the 3.2 GA manual

it tells you the steps to take to upgrade, and they are different for different hardware
