    Thanks. Do I need to remove lines 15-23 from PRI-A? After deprovisioning and removing the link, it still wants to move all 23 channels to the next pool.

    Pre-planning for a future install. Customer is moving from copper to Pri with DiD, They have 2 auto attendants for different divisions. Is there any trick to getting seperate AA to answer different DIDs? And Can Night service for one AA be controlled manually? Thanks in Advance Mike

    Tom Thanks it worked with the Night button on both Operators. Also, AA1 has Night Service controlled by the Operator And AA2 has the schedule built into Merlin Messaging Thanks for your help Mike

    The HS would be a new 7.0a and I was considering up grading the other site too. Of that is the case, would it be a recommeded solution or better to keep both seprate and add VM to New Hs system and forget the PTP.
