Removing PRI channels 15-23 1

I have a customer moving from a full PRI to a Fractional and need to remove channels 15-23 from PRI-A. Can anyone help with the steps.

Changing the pool on one channel (23) seems to change them all.

deprovision the channels
take down the link for the channels
Both are located under the Maintenance area.

After deprovisioning and removing the link, it still wants to move all 23 channels to the next pool.

remove the b channels then re-establish link

After for dr-provision, you need to disable then re-enable the card in order for the changes to go into effect.

No need to change any pool information when you disable those channels the system will not try to use them.
