Realized that and this is the solution I have gone with for now... I have the user change their info in Settings to reflect which revision it is "John Doe" changes to "John Doe, 2nd Revision" for their user name and proceeds. Not that pretty, but I guess it left the user satisfied. Thanks! jdh
