Is there any other loads that I can go into to get details on what is in the cabinets and version of Voicemail etc.

I have just tried calling an extension and got the busy tone so I pressed #31 and the busy tone carried on. When I hanged up and the other extension was free neither extension rang.

Hey guys quick question.
Is it possible to set extensions so that if an internal call is made and the recieving extension is busy a ring back can be set so when the other extension is free both phones will ring?
I have an Option 11c and Analogue extensions.

I have outed the analogue extension and am able to copy the digital phone of a similar setup to the one required, I am able to do

Cheers guys, thanks for the responses. You will never belive what the problem is. The physical extension is set to pulse dial not tone dial. Dooooh. So calls can now be diverted and the pickup group is working fine. The only thing it does not do is transfer active calls to another extension.Does...

re-creating an extension is somthing that I have never done. Do you have a any references to a step by step guide for beginners.

Yeah all the phones are in the same rnpg.
All other phones in the company are able to forward calls fine its just this extension.
This is the only extension with dn 284.
