I too have this problem! I type in: https://owa/exchange but the users just see the OWA screen embedded in the web part and they still need to authenticate themselves.
I had this working at a previous company (about 2 years ago) but I just cannot get this to work!
Any help gratefully accepted!
Hi
I had this problem too. I checked the mail server name and I had got it wrong. I corrected it and hey-presto, all alerts work fine now!
Hope this helps...

Hi all
I'm setting up a new SP Portal and everything's going well, BUT! I need to create a telephone directory for all users to use, but I want to hook SP up to Active Directory so that as & when we have new users or users leave, we only need to maintain AD... I found one solution that works...
Hi
I have SharePoint hooked up to our AD Server. I want my end users to have a telephone directory search facility within SharePoint, retrieving the relevant data from AD.
Is it possible (and how)?
TIA
Hi all
Now I realise this may be really easy for you gurus out there, but I can't figure out how to start a new paragraph on the home page! After typing in the text (with carriage returns), when I see the result, all the text is continuous with no paragraphs... Am I being really dense?
TIA
Hi all
When I set my SPS up, I specified a test url. I'm now happy with my setup but I want to be able to change the url for the users so they can just open a browser and type http://sharepoint and that's it, but I don't seem to be able to change my "http://test_url" to http://sharepoint
Any...
Thanks PHV - I've looked at that code and pasted it into a new module, but when I run my query:
CallAge: DateDiffW("d",[Date Opened],[Date Closed])
I get this error message:
Undefined Function 'DateDiffW' in expression.
Where should I have pasted that code?
TIA
Cliff
Hi all
What expression can I use to calculate the difference between 2 dates, but excluding weekends. i.e. A helpdesk call was logged on Thursday and closed on Tuesday. I want the answer to be 2 days and not 4 (as in including Saturday & Sunday).
TIA
Cliff
Thanks for the reply...
Unfortunately it doesn't work for me - the button stays live.
I've substituted MainFormName & SubFormName for the actual names and substituted MyButton for the control name.
Was this the right thing to do?
TIA
Hi all
I have a subform and a Cmd button at the bottom that will Preview a filtered report. Is it possible, and how, to grey (disable) this button out if there are no records in the subform?
Many thanks
Cliff
To the best of my knowledge, if that person has shared their calendar out to the other person, then yes, they can see the subject line, otherwise it is marked as a solid blue block to indicate they're busy. If the calendar is shared out, the appointment can be marked as private, in which case...
Just to avoid any confusion, I made a mistake in an earlier posting - we don't use roaming profiles, and yes, we do use cached mode... Sorry about that.
Do you run cached mode?
No
Do you have a roaming profile?
Yes
Where are your OSTs stored?
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
I think we have used cached mode before (several weeks ago).
