    In the BCM call center reports (real time summary), an abandon call is counted but when the historial report is run, the abandon call does not show up. The abandon only shows up in the real time report. Does anyone know why it would not be counted in a historical (report)? Thanks.

    Thanks. The receptionist is the prime set. Is there a way to verify how many callpilot ports are configured? I want verify it for myself (someone told me it was 16 ports).

    If all ports on the callpilot are in use, what happens to the next caller? For example, if there are 16 ports and they are busy, will the 17th call get busy or no answer? Is there a way to send the callers to an operator/receptionist? Thanks.

    The cdn is an auto attendant. Can't call the cdn directly. It just rings. The caller has to be on a trunk to get connected.

    Can't call the cdn directly because we have a BCM. Calls have to connected to a trunk in order to go to a cdn. Or at least that's my understanding.

    Thanks for another option. Unfortunately, the system is pretty maxed out and quite a few calls required transferring. Will be looking at another system soon.
