Britten,
If I remember rightly - it's been a while since I done a PRI install - the PRI card u have has an old level of software. The only way to connect is by the serial port and the .inf file only works if you have Windows 95/98 or NT4. This is because it uses the dial up sripting tool...
Hi,
I have an MSI K7N2 ILSR m/board. All OK except for an inability to work with Netgear PCI Wireless networks card. Dunno if I was unlucky but both companies support people are blaming each other for the fault so I went the easiest route and bought a Linksys card.
Looking through the MSI...
Brandaris,
Our company (in the UK) has 10,000 ports as a managed service from a large player in the UK. This accounts for about 1/2 of our network. We have another 500 ports managed from a different supplier.
The biggest issue we have is that they sub-contract any on-site work that is...
A bit of a complicated problem !
I have recently moved a Mitel Voice mail system from 1 switch to another switch in our network. I moved it from a Mitel SG running P stream to an Sx2000 Light running T stream.
The Message waiting indicators are sent out by 2 ONS ports to remote switches in...
All, Thenks for the replies.
Acewarlock, I am look for exactly that. All users dial a four digit number and it always dials the same external number.

Cheers Colin,
This seems a bit of a nightmare for me because I have 120 + sets that I would have to program a key on with scu.
If there isn't an easier I'll just set up an analogue set with call forward always to the external number.

Hi,
I have looked through my manuals and cannot work out how to create a system wide speed dial.
Users are requesting to have a 4 digit number that they simply dial and this is translated into an external number.
How do I do this ?
Thanks in advance

Colin,
Thanks for the reply. This will be the first time that I have been to this site so I am unsure whether 0 & 2000 are ldn's (???) or att numbers. Unfortunately the person who looked after this switch was asked to leave the company and we don't have any documentation on how it is set up...
Hi,
A little stuck here ! As a company we are moving to a centralised operator service. As part of the roll out we need to divert our internal numbers 0 & 2000 to an external number on each switch. We have a network of 24 Mitel PBX's which I have completed and 1 little Opt 11 that I am...
As far as I could work from what BT's techie was saying it is a remote peripheral shelf. The peripheral shelf would connect to the 81C via a few megastreams, providing 27 phones per megastream, almost like long line extentions.
Thanks for the replies anyway.

Hi guys & girls,
As part of a building move I have been offered a LIM cabinet as a solution.
Does anyone have a link to info on these or any PDF's ?
Cheers in advanced.
